If customers wish to create a custom order, then we will work with you to choose the design and colour combination. Normally we require measurements and plans/elevations of the areas to be tiled. Our terms of payment are that we require 50% in advance to commission the order with the remainder payable on collection/shipment. Customers can usually expect to receive the tiles between 8-10 weeks after issuing the deposit. Since each order is unique, orders are not changeable or refundable.
